Replacement Parts - Please Note
We DO NOT accept returns on replacement parts.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS.
Please make sure BEFORE you purchase that you are buying the correct part.

When you purchase a bicycle from Kent International Inc., it comes with the assurance that you are receiving a quality product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or return your item within 10 days of receiving your purchase only if you have the original packaging. Returned items must be in unused conditions and show no sign of wear. All returns and exchanges are subject to our inspection. This means referencing your receipt/proof of purchase, and a picture and/or video of the product.
Please note that we do NOT accept returns for products after a period of 10 days from the date of delivery. We only accept returns on products purchased through our website. If you have purchased your bike or accessory directly through an authorized seller please process your return or exchange directly through that retailer.
Bikes or bike accessories discounted at 40% or higher are considered FINAL SALE unless it’s deemed that we made an error, or the bike arrives damaged.
Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping fees. If it’s determined we are at fault, no restocking or return shipping fee will be deducted. Please see the chart below to determine if you are subject to the restocking and return shipping fees.

Returned items must be in unused condition and show no sign of wear. Returned items must also be in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted only on items purchased directly through www.kent.bike. Please reference your receipt/proof of purchase when contacting us. Please do not return your bicycle to us without obtaining a return authorization.

Refunds
For returns, a refund will be issued once the package is delivered to us. Refunds are processed promptly and will be credited to the original form of payment minus any restocking or return shipping fees. Please check with your credit/debit card provider for actual processing times.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the replacement package will be shipped out once the original package has been delivered to us. Please allow 3 - 4 business days for this process.
