Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to request a refund, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• You have 10 days from the date of delivery to file for a refund. To initiate the refund process, please fill out the form below, providing us with your order details and reason for the return.



• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure that all parts, accessories, manuals, and included items are returned as well. Please note that bicycles discounted over 40% are considered final sale and are only eligible for returns or refunds if it's determined they arrived damaged.



• Shipping Insurance Coverage: If you purchased optional Shipping Insurance at checkout, you are eligible for a return, refund, or exchange at no additional cost in the event of damage or theft during shipping. If Shipping Insurance was not purchased, Kent International Inc. is not liable for any damage or theft that occurs after the order has been shipped.



• Once your refund request is received and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please affix this label to the original packaging and arrange for the return shipment.



• Refunds will be processed upon the safe return and inspection of the item. We will carefully assess its condition to ensure it meets the required criteria for a refund.



• Please note that any damage to the item or missing items may result in a reduction of the refund amount or a denial of the refund request. We recommend taking care when packaging and shipping the bike back to us.



• Please note that undamaged returns (buyer’s remorse) need to be returned in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. A refund will be issued within 10 business days after the item is inspected for damage.

Returned items must be in unused condition and show no sign of wear. Returned items must also be in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted only on items purchased directly through www.kent.bike. Please reference your receipt/proof of purchase when contacting us. Please do not return your bicycle to us without obtaining a return authorization.

REFUNDS

For returns, a refund will be issued once the package is delivered to us. Refunds are processed promptly and will be credited to the original form of payment minus any restocking or return shipping fees. Please check with your credit/debit card provider for actual processing times.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, the replacement package will be shipped out once the original package has been delivered to us. Please allow 3 - 4 business days for this process.

REPLACEMENT PARTS - PLEASE NOTE:

We DO NOT accept returns on replacement parts.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS.
