We ask that you return your bike to the same place it was purchased.  If you purchased on our website, we can accept the return.  If bought at an outside retailer, be sure to have your receipt. If bought on our website, please have your order number on hand.

You can purchase replacement parts on our website by visiting the Kent Service Center. You can also contact our customer service line directly by calling 1-800-451-5368. 

The serial number is stamped into the bottom of the frame (under the bottom bracket).

The model number can be found on the lower portion of the seat tube just above the crank on a black and silver decal.
